How does ScopeStack pricing work?
ScopeStack plans are charged per user. If you decide not to stay on a paid plan, you will always have access to ScopeStack’s free account. If you are on a paid ScopeStack plan, you will be charged for all users with logins to your account. New user licenses are prorated: ScopeStack users added partway through the monthly will only be charged for the days they were users.
Does ScopeStack offer a free plan?
ScopeStack has multiple packages built to help teams of all sizes create better service scoping practices. Our Free plan is free forever and is formulated for small teams or individual users with minimal needs. Our paid plans offer additional power and scale for teams as they grow and their needs get more complex.
What does the onboarding fee include?
The onboarding fee includes a dedicated customer engineer that will work with your business to follow our proven process for onboarding across two sessions. The following items are included in each session to ensure a successful experience with our platform:
- Session 1: Supported Configuration of your Account
- Resources and Rates
- Line of Business/Service Category
- Phases
- Session 2: Document Build and Support Handoff

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. If you choose our monthly billing option, you can cancel anytime. Should you choose to do so, we won’t prorate your last month, but you won’t be billed again. If you choose our annual billing option, payment is collected up-front and is non-refundable.
How am I billed?
Your credit card is automatically charged monthly or yearly, depending on which billing plan you choose. You will receive a statement each month, clearly indicating what you were billed for.
What are my payment options?
All payments are made via credit card for Essentials, Business, and Premium accounts. For Enterprise accounts, we can issue an annual invoice with payment via PO and/or ACH, wire, or check. Please contact sales for more information.
Do you offer plans in any other currencies?
Yes, we offer our clients to purchase a ScopeStack plan in USD, CAD, or AUD. Please contact sales for more information.
Can I add SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) to my plan?
